In order to get the ball rolling, before the program begins… we will need the following information from you:
1. In order to include and add you to the private Facebook Secret Forum Group, we need you to “Friend” me at www.facebook.com/DrCraigDC and as soon as the forum opens on May 1 you will have access to this rich interpersonal forum that we will be using as a means of 24 seven support and communication for all your questions.
2. We need the following information from each person for setting up accountability swap partners: your name, any other name that you wish to be addressed as, your mailing address, your best contact telephone number, email and Skype address.
That is all that we need from you for right now. We cannot tell you how excited we are to get started with this brand-new group of amazing tapping practitioners.
